So tired of the poor service

I have had to give up employment because I am unable to work from home since my cable/internet goes out so frequently. And because i require the wi-fi to be anle to make calls with my cell, i also have no way to contact anyone when my services are out.  Its EXTREMELY frustrating that whwn there is an outage, you cant speak to an agent and just get the [Edited: "Language"] AI BOT to deal with. My cable/internet is 380$ a month and it goes out usually once a month.  the last time it went out for a week and i was REPEATEDLY told it was my house so i had to wait for a tech only to have him say it was in the lines behind a house up the road (which i had told them about).  reaching someone to help is a study in patience and asking for credit is pointless when you are made to feel its your fault your service is out and not just their [Edited: "Language"] service.  i have been putting off starlink [Edited: "Political"] but now xfinity is starting to affect my abilty to put money in my pocket.   i need a better explanation about why my service is always going out, an easier way to speak to someone about it and proper refunds when i dont have access.  i am about another outage away from putting my 380$ into someone else EVEN if it means [Edited: "Political"]

user_a0wrv5. Thank you for sharing your experience. I can understand why you'd be frustrated, especially when service interruptions have impacted your ability to work from home and stay connected. That's certainly not the experience we want for our customers. I apologize for the recurring interruptions, the difficulty you've had reaching support, and the time you've spent troubleshooting and waiting for repairs. We recognize how important a reliable connection is, particularly when it's needed for work and communication. Are you currently experiencing a disconnection? Is there an interruption reported in the area?
