So frustrated and about to switch to ATT
It has been 4-6 weeks that we have had brief internet coverage. Keep getting texts that they are doing work in my area. I keep getting AI when I call that will not connect me to a live person. AI technology is not there yet to service thousands of customers! Why should I have to pay full price for internet that maybe works two hours a day?
The cable in the neighborhood was burned in our back yards. Buried? No…I have rolls of cable just laying in my back yard. What am I supposed to do with this mess? You should see the way that they repaired the nice lawns. It is sad that the home owner have to go and get sod to repair the nice lawns.
Xfinity has got about another week to help or I am switching to ATT. They have incredible new service in my area and their cables are all buried.
so frustrated!
