Smartwatch discount now showing up

Hi, 

According to the rewards site - if you are a platinum account holder you should be able to purchase a smartwatch and receive a $299.99 discount... 

The discount is not appearing in my account, I've tried using multiple browsers on different computers... also tried the xfinity app.

To be eligible for this perk, you would need to be an existing Xfinity Mobile subscriber and within our Diamond Tier while also having an account in good standing. With being a current Xfinity Platinum Member, the account does not currently qualify for the benefit. 

If you are looking for some additional savings, you are able to trade in existing smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. You can learn more and find some trade-in values by Clicking Here.
