Smartwatch discount now showing up

Hi, 

According to the rewards site - if you are a platinum account holder you should be able to purchase a smartwatch and receive a $299.99 discount... 

The discount is not appearing in my account, I've tried using multiple browsers on different computers... also tried the xfinity app.

Hey @user_ggj65m. Thank you for visiting our Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate your interest in our Xfinity Membership Benefits recognition program. I see that you are interested in the $300.00 Xfinity Mobile Smartwatch benefit.

To be eligible for this perk, you would need to be an existing Xfinity Mobile subscriber and within our Diamond Tier while also having an account in good standing. With being a current Xfinity Platinum Member, the account does not currently qualify for the benefit. 

If you are looking for some additional savings, you are able to trade in existing smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. You can learn more and find some trade-in values by Clicking Here.

So even though on the xfinity membership site says that it is for platinum, your saying the site is wrong?  Below is what the site says.

Smartwatch discount: Limited to Xfinity Gold, Diamond, and Platinum members with account in good standing. $299.99 off for Diamond and Platinum members, $150 off for Gold members. Must enter unique offer code during checkout to receive discount. Requires Xfinity Mobile, purchase and activation of new, eligible smartwatch while supplies last, a 36-month Xfinity Mobile Device Payment Plan Agreement ("Device Agreement"), and activation of new Xfinity Mobile watch line within 30 days of device purchase date. Additional $10 monthly smartwatch fee applies. Tax on pre-credit price and fees extra. Up to $299.99 in bill credits applied monthly so long as Device Agreement is in effect. If line is canceled or watch payments are accelerated, remaining credits are forfeited. One code per member account/household; max two transactions per code. Not valid with prior purchases, returns or exchanges. Back orders are eligible. Out of stock watches are not eligible. May not be combined with other device offers.

The Xfinity Membership Benefit for the $300.00 off was refreshed on March 6th to limit to Diamond only members due to high demand @user_ggj65m. As some members may have redeemed the perk prior to March 6th and still be active, the fine print needs to remain. At the time of this message, the $300.00 off is now limited to only Diamond member only.

thats the same site that has the wrong information about platinum members being offered the smartwatch discount.

So hopefully the other listings are actually valid.
