Slow internet speed

My internet speed keeps degrading. How can I reach out to customer care to schedule a technician's visit to check the network speed and troubleshoot the issue?

- I mostly using the wireless devices.

- Randomly I face this issue, My plan includes 400 Mbps download speed, but at max I get the ~180 mbps

- I have restarted the modem but still I fell slowness sometimes.
