Slow changing channels and guide
My Comcast is very slow when I change a channel or to the guide. It hesitates about a minute each time. I have had Comcast before and never had this problem. How to fix it?

One of my favorite features of the X-1 platform is the ease of use and finding exactly what I want to watch. I can imagine having to wait so long between your selections would be frustrating. We are going to fix this and make sure you get the amazing experience you deserve.
Do you have more than one box, and if so, is this issue on every box in your home? Have you tried any troubleshooting such as restarting the box yet? If not, we would recommend trying this and testing for improvement. You can restart the box right through the Xfintiy MyAccount app or you can do it manually through the settings on the box using your remote, or by simply unplugging it from the power cable at the outlet for 30-seconds. Could you try this or let me know if you have already, please?
