Sign up promotion not received

Hello,

I signed up for 1 GB internet plan in March, 2025 and was eligible for $200 amazon gift card. I confirmed it with customer service agent who helped me with the sign up process as well. It had been close to 4 months, I havent received the  gift card. I reached out to a customer dervice via  chat and she created a ticket for the issue and said someone will reach out to me , it  has been 2 weeks and no response. I called the number for xfinity promotion and that was of no use.
