I can certainly see how that would be conflicting information. If you are currently experiencing a soft disconnection of service the only paths to restore service would be making a payment for the past due amount, setting up a payment arrangement or starting up an installment plan. My payment was set for June 17th and verified by live agent promising me my services will not be shut off . I do have the screenshot . I get paid on the 17th . This is not right when I was told I would be safe from service interruption . Now customer service is telling me I have to pay money today t
