Services shut off

I was told by a live agent my services would not be shut off I have the screenshot ! But my services were shut off

I can certainly see how that would be conflicting information. If you are currently experiencing a soft disconnection of service the only paths to restore service would be making a payment for the past due amount, setting up a payment arrangement or starting up an installment plan. The Set up a temporary service plan for your Xfinity account article will provide you with details about our flexible payment options.

My payment was set for June 17th and verified by live agent promising me my services will not be shut off . I do have the screenshot . I get paid on the 17th . This is not right when I was told I would be safe from service interruption . Now customer service is telling me I have to pay money today t
