Serviceability

Hello,
I am writing to request a formal site survey and serviceability ticket for my address.
My home is currently listed as "not serviceable" in your system, but my neighbor directly across the street ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) has the ability to get Xfinity service. The distance from their active service connection to my property is very short.
I tried to sign up for service and they put my address as 653 and now i can’t get it because im across the street and im very frustrated.
I believe my address may either be missing from your database by error, or it simply requires a technician to verify the exact distance to the nearest tap for a potential drop line or plant extension.
Could you please escalate this to your engineering/construction team to open a serviceability ticket and conduct a physical site survey?

Thank you, and I look forward to your update.

Hey @user_rr75w4, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to submit a review for the address and see if we can provide services. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.
