My internet is down after hurricane. Neighbor has service

Do you happen to have our Xfinity App downloaded on your mobile device? From the Xfinity App, you can check the status of your services and see if you are within an active service interruption area. You can also visit our Xfinity Status Center for service interruption information as well.

 

If your neighbor has a different service provider, we will not be able to assist with that. If your home is within an active service interruption area, that means our team is aware that the Xfinity Network is down in the area and working as quickly and safely as possible to restore everyone's service. We will not be able to troubleshoot or schedule a service technician while there is an active service interruption.
