Service outage refund

Our internet service has been out all day due to maintenance and service. We are requesting a refund as this has been a serious inconvenience to working from home

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
