Service Outage Letter

On Friday July 31st the internet was down and my tenant missed an online exam in her PhD program.  Her professor stated she would be allowed a make up if she is able to provide a letter from Xfinity stating the interest was down.  How can I obtain such a letter.  I provided her the text message I received from Xfinity but the University requires a letter

Hi @user_qlmzle,

It's always nice to see a landlord do all that they can to help. Unfortunately, we do not have a process to generate a formal letter for your request. We could review your account and confirm the service interruption via direct message. Do you think that path would suffice?

I was specifically told she needed it on a letter from Xfinity.

Our service interruption alerts focus on current events and proactive notifications for ongoing issues. For real-time updates and information about service interruptions, you can check Xfinity.com or the Xfinity app. Have you attempted to visit a Xfinity Retail Store to see if a paper option is available there?
