Service Line Issue - Xfinity Support Options
I'm trying to reach a Xfinity to get help with an issue they were supposed to fix a year ago and I cannot connect to a person to explain the problem so I'm trying this. This is not a standard issue so it needs more explanation. The gas utility severed the underground service line that goes from the pole to the interface box two years ago when they were doing construction. The interface box serves multiple homes so Xfinity put in a temporary / above ground service line from the pole to the interface until the construction was finished and the landscaping was completed. I tried to get Xfinity to put in a new permanent service line last year but the techs would come out and say they needed someone else to do that work. It's been year and the temporary line is still in place. How do I get this order to the right department who can fix this?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
