Service Interruption

My entire apartment building is without Xfinity services of all types. I am trying to know how soon a technician will be sent to investigate and restore services in my area. I, along with several other neighbors, work from home and rely on internet access.

I work from home as well and I understand the impact that a service interruption can have on your work. Our technicians and local network teams work very hard to get these events resolved as quickly as possible. You can typically check the Xfinity app or the Xfinity status map for an estimated time of resolution, I would also recommend texting START to 266278. This will enroll you in outage message and provide you updates along the way. Please feel free to share these details with any neighbors that are still seeking more information.
