Could you please list what services you are currently subscribed to and review the account to see if the plan is on an agreement?
You can see if the plan is on an agreement by visiting our 'Finding your legal agreements and contract in your account' support page. This will inform you of any possible Early Termination Fees if the agreement is still active as well. We hope to hear from you soon.
