Service Cancellation Request not fulfilled
Hello -
I cancelled my service and returned my equipment on 2/7. I was told I should receive a final pro-rated bill ASAP. I have an email confirmation of the cancellation request and a receipt from equipment return but I have not received final bill or final cancellation. From what I can tell on my account, the cancellation has not been processed and now I'm receiving past due notice and a bill for March service. Can you please review?

Thanks for reaching out, user_nducpm. You'd get that final bill 30-Days after the cancelation date, so you shouldn't have received it just yet. I'd be happy to verify that your account has been canceled.
