Service available to everyone in area except our "rural" road. What can I do to get Xfinity?
We live in a heavily populated suburb, where high speed internet access is available to everyone nearby, excluding 2% of the population who live on a "rural" road where the homes are spread out, driveways are long and there is no plan for future development . What can be done to obtain reliable internet? In today's world where school and work are from home, television is streamed, and smart applicances run homes, the pathetic 3mbps we are able to get via DSL does not cut it. I realize there are costs associtaed with bringing the service down our driveway, and we are willing to contribute towards that cost, we just want to live in our dream home AND have access to high speed internet.

Good afternoon, super5nova. All very valid points! Have you had a serviceability request already put in? That would be the first step in determining if it's possible to have service extended to your home and what all would be involved, including equipment needed, materials, cost, etc.

Hello @ComcastMorgan , When at the comcast retail store they told me that service is not available at my home, and likely will not be in the near future. How do I submit a serviceability request? I appreciate your follow up!
