Serious concern regarding inappropriate language used by Xfinity chat agent

I am posting here to raise a serious concern regarding an interaction I had with Xfinity customer support via online chat today.

During the conversation, the agent used extremely inappropriate and offensive language toward me, telling me [Edited: Language] This was shocking and completely unacceptable.

I have saved screenshots and the full chat transcript documenting this incident.

I would like to ensure that this matter is formally documented, investigated, and escalated appropriately.

I am hoping an official Xfinity representative can review this issue and advise on the next steps. Thank you.
