Send Photos for Technician

Weeks ago, I tried using Xfinity assistance to have a service tech take care of the internet cables that are sticking out of the ground outside of our house, as well as a junction box that has no cover on it.  The issue was never resolved, and it's only a matter of time before our HOA's groundkeepers accidentally cut the internet cables while mowing, etc.  I just submitted a second request: Ticket Request

<Edited: "Personal Information"> and I have several photos which would help clarify the issue.  How can I submit those photos for the technician?

user_4pxvqe Thanks for taking the time to create a public post and for sharing these details. We can create the correct work order for you and include pictures. Just send us a direct message so we can get this taken care of for you. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

Hi there, @user_m3vqzb. We can certainly assist. Could you provide some more details on your experience sending photos, including how you access the email. Is it via the web portal or through a third party app, and are you getting an error message? Thanks.
