The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there! With an Xfinity NOW WiFi Pass, you can connect multiple devices, but each device must be connected to the "xfinitywifi" network and authenticated through the WiFi Pass portal.

If you're trying to add another device, make sure it is connected to the xfinitywifi network, then open a web browser on that device. You should be redirected to the sign-in page where you can log in with the credentials associated with your NOW WiFi Pass.

Can you tell us a little more about what you're trying to connect? For example, is it another phone, a laptop, a tablet, a smart TV, or a gaming console? Some devices handle the sign-in process differently, and we'd be happy to provide more specific guidance. 😊

I would like to connect phone, but also my smart tv when my phone is not necessary. I don’t get the option to sign in after choosing xfinity wifi option on my phone nor my smart TV.

Thanks, user_meka. Just to confirm, how many devices do you currently have connected?
