Seasonal
To Xfinity Customer Service :
I am still in the process of moving and want to be sure I keep my Seasonal status until I purchase and move into a new house. I'm not sure exactly when I originally set my seasonal status to end, but I think it's 7/1/26.
If that is the case, I want to continue on the seasonal for at least 2 more months - up to Sept.1, 2026. Can you confirm to me my request for this has been received by you and the seasonal status has been extended ?
