NiftyNana, thank you for letting us know you are having issues accessing the seasonal enrolment form. I was not able to duplicate the error you are running into, and the sign-in page did load for me after clicking the Enroll button. I would recommend starting with some browser troubleshooting, like clearing your cache and cookies and closing any unused browser windows you have open. Also, being connected to your home network helps with skipping some of the verification options needed.
If you still run into issues, try an alternate browser or a different device.
