Seasonal Hold
Hi,
I am goin to be abroad for around 100 days. I was wondering if the seasonal convenience plan is available in Washington State. Five or six years ago I was told this service was not available here. If this service is now available, when will I have to process it (how many days before my departure) and what would the cost be per month? I only have Internet and an XFINITY flex box (no router). Finally, if I put my account on this plan, upon return, will the conditions of my current plan remain the same or will I lose any current benefit? Thanks in advance.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
