I understand how helpful it is to have flexibility when you’re away from home. The Xfinity Seasonal Convenience Plan is a great option—it lets you temporarily pause your TV, internet, and voice services for 2 to 9 months at a reduced monthly rate. It also helps you avoid technician fees and automatically restores your services when you return, which makes things nice and easy.

If you’d like to review or update your seasonal plan dates, you can do so right from your Xfinity account. Here’s how:

Sign in to your account and go to the Seasonal Convenience Plan summary page
Review your currently scheduled start and end dates
Select Change Seasonal Convenience to update your end date (as long as it hasn’t already passed)

Just a quick heads-up:

Once the plan is active, the start date can’t be changed
You can only cancel the plan before the hold begins

If your seasonal hold has already started and you need to make changes or end it early, we’ve got you covered. You can reach out through the Xfinity Assistant (just type “seasonal hold”) or give us a call at 1-800-XFINITY for further assistance.
