Scripps dispute
Since we are no longer receiving CBS, I would consider this a good reason to leave Comcast. The 3 basic networks should be guaranteed above all else! We are long time customers and pay way too much for this kind of disruption. This seems to have little to do with tue price we pay and everything to do with your profit margins- I thought Comcast had improved- boy was I wrong!

I purchased at ABC Warehouse a Antenna and hooked it up to my TV and I was able to get my local stations. Antenna was $12.00.

I am now pay approximately 316.00 a month for the high speed internet, phone and cable package. Was promised decades ago that prices wouldn't go up and there'd be less commercials. NOW, we're being told that this conflict with Scripps could make the rates go up again if Xfinity took their offer. I'm sorry, but Xfinity should eat the cost. This is insane!

This has gone on long enough! Longer than previous disputes with other network providers and bc of the channels involved in this dispute, it's beyond ridiculous!! Xfinity needs to prepare refunds, and Scripps needs to settle! I'm sure they probably have employees affected by this as well!! Stop money grabbing, I'm sure you'll be fine, and give the consumer a product!! Good on xfinity for doing what they need to, to not raise rates but literally everyone is losing right now and the consumer is going to be the one who pays for it in the end...unfortunate and not right but reality.

This is the third time I have commented on this issue. It's total [Edit: Language] this has not been resolved.
Now my bill has gone up twice since this all began. That is TOTALLY not right. Why should I keep getting a higher bill when I can't watch the channels I should be getting and PAYING for.
Both of the companies involved are making an excessive amount of money every month. Maybe the big bosses need to stop having steak and lobster and champagne every night, while the customers are trying to live paycheck to paycheck! I'm retired and have a fixed budget.
GET THIS RESOLVED!
