Greetings @user_u86zft! You reached the right place for support! Are you looking to relocate your existing Xfinity equipment to a completely different area or room in your house, or is the current cable wire damaged?

The technicians wouldn't perform what is called "wall fishing" which is just like it sounds, adding a line and feeding it through the walls to an outlet, that would either be done by an electrician or by someone hired by the property manager/owner. @user_u86zft

I thought that was what technicians are supposed to do when installing your equipment inside homes. I need a new line run to my modem

Do you need the coax cable from wall outlet to modem or are you speaking of the coax within the walls of your home? @user_u86zft

I'm experiencing come and go scrambling all the time on my TV. I think it's the cable from the pole to the house that is causing the issues. I would also like to have someone check out the inside for issues.
