Greetings @user_u86zft! You reached the right place for support! Are you looking to relocate your existing Xfinity equipment to a completely different area or room in your house, or is the current cable wire damaged?

I'm experiencing come and go scrambling all the time on my TV. I think it's the cable from the pole to the house that is causing the issues. I would also like to have someone check out the inside for issues.

Hello @user_e1b9n9, thank you for your comment. Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the picture quality on your TV. I can certainly understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're ready to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. We'd be happy to help get this resolved. If troubleshooting hasn't improved the issue, we can schedule a technician to come out and take a closer look to determine what's causing the picture quality problems and work toward a solution. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
