Schedule Technician Appointment

I need to schedule a technician to come assess my internet speed at my house.  I have followed the directions / prompt / suggestions of Xfinity Assistant at least 10 times today and it never takes me to the promised place to schedule an appointment.  Please contact me to schedule an appointment.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Did you know you could reschedule your appointment using the Xfinity App? 

 

To reschedule an appointment using the Xfinity App, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Xfinity app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Log in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Locate your service appointment on the home screen.
  4. Tap on "More Details" to access the option to reschedule or cancel the appointment using Xfinity Assistant.
  5. After selecting a new time slot, you will receive a confirmation with the updated appointment time.
