Schedule Technician Appointment

I need to schedule a technician to come assess my internet speed at my house.  I have followed the directions / prompt / suggestions of Xfinity Assistant at least 10 times today and it never takes me to the promised place to schedule an appointment.  Please contact me to schedule an appointment.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
