Schedule tech appointment

I need to schedule an appointment for someone to come and look at my internet connection outside. A lightening storm struck my house and now my internet won't work and it looks like the cords outside are no longer connected. I've tried calling, the ai chat, and tech chat. The person on tech chat tried to get my personal phone number and tried to upsell me on my phone lines instead of helping to fix the internet that I currently pay for.

To get started we'll just need you to send over a direct message to our team with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
