Schedule removal of old cable and boxes

My home has several old unused cable boxes and an unused line running to it from a pole that is hangs low across my backyard.  I would like to get these removed.

Thank you, @user_ezcydm for reaching out via our Xfinity Community forum!  We can definitely put in a request to have the line running from the pole to your home removed, however, any wiring or service boxes beyond the drop itself attached to your home physically beyond that belong to you and would be your responsibility.
