schedule installation

standard install crew said they needed a "construction" crew to install and would reschedule... looked at my account, I'm scheduled FOR DECEMBER 2035.  I need a real answer on my install and the Xfinity assistant is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! oh, I'd call the customer service number but it isn't on the website!  This is not a good impression for a new account... how can I get answers?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

    • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
    • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
