Schedule a Technician for Intermittent Wi-Fi Connectivity
I'm having intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues with Comcast - work calls will drop, screens will freeze, etc... I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps about a dozen times and restarted my modem equally as much. How do I schedule a technician to come out to evaluate the network issue? It's impossible to find an option to schedule a tech through both their app and website. Posting here as a last resort.
