Scammers

Will lie and say that they will honor their policy and word but does not nor never intends to upon making the statements they make when dealing with customers. They are uninformed workers throughout the entire system and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

@XfinityJustinM bruh [Edited: "Language"] especially if you work gor the company. Responding the same way they did.....Why would I expect you to fix qnything they couldn't fix? [Edited: "Language"] outta here. But since you asked, I was initially credited 83 in my account, them honoring and fixing an issue their workers caused. They changed it to 24 after 4 days of confirming not only how much the credit should be but also after confirming that they MUST honor the statements a worker given in the specific situation i had. They ran game, changed what they agreed and finalized when they assumed I wouldn't be checking my account for confirmation.  And let me reiterate they had the original agreed credit on there for $83 after 4 days of confirming that that was the credit and that would be sent back to my card on February the 4th and then just yesterday Friday and this was Thursday when they confirmed this Monday through Thursday but as of yesterday Friday they changed it's too $24 and they keep doing this which is why my initial statement about them honoring their words or rather not honoring their word was stated. So unless you finna [Edited: "Language"] make them honor what they said don't even [Edited: "Language"] message me back bro and don't even [Edited: "Language"] respond cuz how I feel [Edited: "Inflammatory"].
