Scammers and liars

so I was never advised that my payment plan was going up $50 a month so I contacted them after they had billed me and they said they would refund the $50 and credit my account moving forward that seemed to have solved the issue two weeks later they charge me again for the full amount. I called back and they said oh sorry that was a representative. I told you that so whatever they say is not binding. You will not be receiving your refund, but we will credit your next bill so here is two full bills after I’ve spoken to them and they keep taking $155 out of my account. I really hope somebody else sees this so we can get a class action lawsuit and sue these people that think they’re above everybody
