Scammer chat agents
A chat agent named Arun who said his shift started at 11AM on April 20th told me to send my phones ID number and then sent me a link to put my SS number and date of birth this sounds like a horrible scam please fire this person and the people you are hiring. Theres many stories of this online. Please make sure I do not get charged for adding a phone line or something because I sent my phones ID number not realizing until too late when I clicked the link.
