SCAM

Once you select your internet package they will change it to a higher package. They did it to me twice. Customer service called me a liar and said I switched my services. But then ended up refunding me once they realized what THEY did. When I canceled and returned my equipment they charged me for 2 more months. Called customer service and was called a liar on the phone again and told to get security footage of me returning the equipment at the UPS store to prove when I cancelled. EXUSE ME WHAT?! Absolute scam artist. Do not waste your money with this company
