Samsung site blocked

When I try to run the "Start Smart Hub Connection Test" on either of my Samsung TVs, I get "Site Blocked by Provider".  I looked at my Router logs and see

[site blocked: www.samsungcloudsolution.com] from source 192.168.1.3 Thursday, Aug 08,2024 13:19:04].

I had to reset/restart one of my TVs and now cant even agree with their Terms and Conditions".  Thus I cannot access any of the apps on my Smart TV.

I DM'd with Customer Service.  I was told that "Customer Security Assurance" would call me within 5 minutes.  That was 45 minutes ago.

Hi there, @user_1e4f13! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! The Security Assurance Team is definitely the way to go with blocked sites. But the curious thing with this, is I tried that same site off of the XFINITY network, and it's still not available. Have you reported this to Samsung as well?

@XfinityFrank Of course.

But why does my router log show:

@user_1e4f13 This error message is simply registering in your logs the site in unsecure to continue. Our Customer Security Assurance team does an amazing job help our customer with blocked websites. The team does have a longer turnaround time and they are working on the requests in the order they were received. You will be contacted as soon as possible.
