Sagging Communication Lines

Hello,

I have sagging communication lines hanging from our power lines that are nearly touching the ground. I have been trying to get a hold of Xfinity to get them fixed. Someone came out once and said they needed to send a new team and I never heard back. I submitted a new ticket, someone came out, but I was not available. How can I speak to someone live to get this resolved?

Thank you

Hello user_bm91bj. Thanks for taking the time to report this issue to us and for sharing the experience you had had with find a resolution on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry that you have been dealing with the lines being that close to the ground and that you have not found the right team to get the job done. The best news is you are with the right team now. We come across these issues often, and we are very well versed in working with our local technicians to make sure the lines are raised, repaired, or removed which ever may be needed.

It would be my pleasure to have these lines addressed for us. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there I will be able to connect with the local team and have the request opened for us. Don't worry, our support will not end there! We will keep you updated and check in to make sure what is said was done is done and that you no longer have the lines hanging at your home.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
