Safety Issue not being addressed

I have been waiting a week for a Comcast employee to come and fix a low hanging line in our yard and I have heard nothing as far as when you will be out. It is unacceptable that I have to have this low-lying wire in my yard where my children play.

I’ve made reports online and called in, was even assured that it would be scheduled for Wednesday. Nothing.

Unacceptable. Your inability to fasten a wire securely is your problem, not mine.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
