Sacramento pt 2

Sacramento is Still waiting on a fix for our internet, we have been out since 10pm last night. With no communication as to what is going on and when it will be fixed, what is happening?!

Yes we have checked the outage map, yes we have checked our app. Nothing has changed.

Internet has been out since 10pm last night... it's ridiculous.

@EG​ I already checked and I know that there’s an outage but doesn’t show the reason why it only says unplanned and that doesn’t really help

This “ outage” has no explanation and the fact that it has been 24hrs with no explanation and no estimate for service to be restored is not only ridiculous it’s poor customer service on their part!
