Running a cable line on my property without my permission

Hello the neighbor first ran the Internet line and had it sitting on my house I injected and they raised it but never removed it. I didn't give consent nor is their an easement allowing them to do run it. I called Comcast before about this but the tech was like it's not touching anymore. It shouldn't run across my property especially right near my house and I don't even know if it's running off my Internet....

Hi @user_4793ti,
Thank you for bringing your request to our community forums. We can definitely reach out to our local teams to see if the line can be relocated, aerial lines can be a little trickier as the space that they operate in can be rented from a public utility. Also, if you live in an area without fiber the network infrastructure is shared amongst you and your neighbors. This is not to say that they are pulling directly off of your household, but you all are taking a piece of this network with you to your individual households. To get started please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
