Rude customer service representatives

11/5/26 I called Xfinity due to billing issues at 10:27pm and as I’m explaining to the representative what the issue is he starts to get an attitude starts talking over me then begins literally yelling at me “ it’s your fault”. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. You’re supposed to be a customer service representative whom is taught to be kind and respectful regardless of the situation. Not to mention all calls are recorded so he can’t say he didn’t do it. He also refused to put a manager or supervisor on the call so I hung up. The fact that he stayed on the call to willingly argue with me is ridiculous. Xfinity needs to do better with whom they choose for these jobs. It’s bad enough these people take the calls and barely speak English so you can’t understand what they are saying, they also don’t comprehend what they hear. Ive been a loyal customer for years and this is how xfinity customer service support talks to us??? I’ll definitely be canceling all of my services and taking my hard earned money elsewhere. The service itself isn’t what xfinity says it is anyway. But after dealing with that rude representative I’m no longer willing to stay a customer.
