Rude customer service call
I called to find out info about moving my WiFi to new address, the rep initially was fine and gave me all the details. When I said I would have to speak to my husband and then call him back his tone changed and he became pushy. He said very condescending - so you don’t need service at the new place? And then he said - I thought you called to transfer now you want to think it over.
I was like - im going to do whatever I want, is that okay with you? asked him why he wasn’t being rude and hung up. He needs to be taught how not to speak to people, I’m allowed to think something over.
