Rude agent - gas lighting and condescending

Ive been a customer with xfinity for 5 years, with a recent increase to my bill $100.32 for a 400mbps and wifi 5 equipment.

New customers are getting a better deal and better equipment. While on a live agent chat i requested if my plans could be revised for a better deal. I explained that i was a loyal customer for 5 years, and if xfinity had comparable plans for existing customer

This agent "Tejas" types - dont worry i have EBT plans for you, then proceeds to write "Best*" next as if to say he meant best plans for you.

This is was deliberate condescending remark he did and i told him this was inappropriate.

I have been a paying customer for xfinity for 5 years, i earn and pay my bills independently. This is just horrible service from the agents.
