Are you currently using your own personal modem or an Xfinity xFi Gateway rental? Would you be able to open the Xfinity App to check the status of your device to verify the device is online and activate or if it needs activation? Would you also let us know what lights/LEDs you see on the modem to help us identify the status of the device? We hope to hear from you soon.
