Router scam call

I received a call from someone who said she was from xfinity and my router needed to be updated. She asked me to get on the computer to update the router. I told her I was busy she said she would call me back I said no I will call when I have time. She this is an emergency get on your computer and do this it will only take a couple minutes. I hung up but the area code is 922 and it came up as welcome center.

Criminals have been running that one and other "let me 'help' you by updating your system" scams for a long, long time. See any of the many posts at https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/search?q=update%20scam.
