Richard is a real one
Although Richard didn’t help me directly I listened as a customer berated him, snapped at and summoned him like a dog, cut him off multiple times, and twisted his words on him making the interaction very difficult. It was VERY hard to listen to but Richard remained extremely professional and kind despite the way this customer treated him. This man deserves a raise! Customers should not be able to treat employees this way and this lady should be ashamed of how she spoke to him. Richard you are a real one and I hope Xfinity shows the appreciation you deserve!
