Can you tell us what 'ticket' you are referring to?  Some reward benefits do have limited quantities, and are granted on a first come, first served basis.  It would be helpful to know with a bit more detail what benefit you were trying to claim.

Unfortunately those tickets are limited and on a first come, first served basis. I do hate that you were not able to acquire any tickets at this time, but we will continue doing giveaways in the future. I ask that you continue to check your email daily for new offers.
