Rewards
I get emails from being a Platinum member, which means nothing, but Xfinity sends emails with their stats for 2024 and are celebratory about 2025. Then, within the email is a button that indicates “explore rewards” and the link doesn’t work. It lags and and spins and delays then it says Error: Bad gateway. I mean I’m embarrassed for them. I feel it would be best if when they send links to customers that those links work.
And no, it’s not my internet because I can access links from companies that ensure their “more information” button actually works.
And there’s no category to select for “non working Xfinity links that are sent to customers” so I had to pick something from the list of categories in order to post.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
